Holly the Staffordshire bull terrier is desperate for a loving home – but people keep turning her down, because she’s a hermaphrodite.
This means that Holly has both male and female sexual organs, although she’s referred to with feminine pronouns because she has more female organs than male.
Being a hermaphrodite doesn’t affect Holly’s health in any way, however.
Her rescuers at the RSPCA shelter in Coventry say she’s as lovely and playful as any potential owners could hope.
