A woman has been banned from keeping animals for life after two of her dogs died and eight other pets were kept in filthy conditions.

Adele Ankers, 39, from Heol Maelor in Coedpoeth, pleaded guilty to Animal Welfare Act offences, concerning two German Shepherds, two terrier dogs, two cats and four kittens.
Wrexham Magistrates’ Court heard how the animals suffered unnecessarily and were left in unclean conditions at the property.
