A scaffolder picked up a dying cat by its tail and flung it across a road, because he was annoyed at having to wait in a traffic jam.
Sick of waiting while drivers tended to the cat after it was knocked down, the man left the cab of his truck and tossed the pet on to a roadside verge – where it died a few minutes later.
When motorists tried to stop him from leaving, he mounted the kerb in his scaffolding lorry to get passed queuing vehicles.
