A pony who was left ‘totally emaciated’ and riddled with lice has made the most amazing recovery.
Dora, a ten hands high young pony, was found roaming alone in an enormous field by animal rescue workers.
She was in a horrific state. Her fur was matted, her mane was overgrown, her tail, belly and legs were all caked in faeces.
